This 18-day Island Peak climbing adventure is a perfect combination of trekking and mountaineering in the heart of the Everest region of Nepal. The journey begins in Kathmandu with a scenic mountain flight to Lukla, the starting point of the trek. Following the legendary Everest trail, you will pass through beautiful Sherpa villages, lush forests, and suspension bridges inside Sagarmatha National Park before reaching the vibrant mountain town of Namche Bazaar. Along the way, you will visit the famous Tengboche Monastery and enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayan giants. The adventure continues to Everest Base Camp and a hike to Kala Patthar for spectacular panoramic views of Mount Everest and surrounding peaks. After proper acclimatization, you will head toward Island Peak Base Camp for climbing training before making your summit push to 6,189 meters.
