Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)
Arrival at Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel. Explore Thamel or rest.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2,840m) – Trek to Phakding (2,610m)
Trek: 3–4 hours
Highlights: Scenic mountain flight and Dudh Koshi River.
Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Trek: 6–7 hours
Highlights: Hillary Suspension Bridge and first views of Everest.
Day 04: Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar
Acclimatization hike to Everest View Hotel for panoramic Himalayan views.
Day 05: Trek to Tengboche (3,860m)
Trek: 5–6 hours
Highlights: Tengboche Monastery and stunning Ama Dablam views.
Day 06: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m)
Trek: 5–6 hours
Highlights: Walk through Pangboche village.
Day 07: Acclimatization in Dingboche
Acclimatization hike to Nagarjun Hill for impressive mountain views.
Day 08: Trek to Lobuche (4,940m)
Trek: 5–7 hours
Highlights: Climber memorials at Thukla Pass.
Day 09: Trek to Gorak Shep (5,180m) – Everest Base Camp (5,364m)
Trek: 7–9 hours round trip
Hike to Everest Base Camp and return to Gorak Shep.
Day 10: Kala Patthar (5,545m) – Trek back to Lobuche
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views of Everest, then trek back to Lobuche.
Day 11: Trek to Lobuche East Base Camp (5,200m–5,400m)
Trek: 3–4 hours
Set up base camp and rest.
Day 12: Trek to High Camp (5,600m–5,780m)
Trek: 4–5 hours
Pre-climb training and final preparations.
Day 13: Summit Lobuche East (6,119m)
Early morning summit push (8–12 hours round trip). Highlights: Panoramic views of the Everest massif. Descend to Base Camp or Lobuche.
Day 14: Contingency Day
Reserved for bad weather or summit delay, or trek to Pheriche/Dingboche.
Day 15: Trek to Namche Bazaar
Trek: 7–9 hours
Long descent through alpine landscapes and forests.
Day 16: Trek to Lukla
Trek: 6–8 hours
Final trekking day and celebration with the team.
Day 17: Fly to Kathmandu
Morning flight from Lukla. Leisure time in Thamel.
Day 18: Departure
Transfer to Kathmandu airport as per your flight schedule.
