Frequently Asked & Question

Yes! No prior trekking or advanced yoga experience required. You should have a basic yoga practice (able to hold poses 30–60 sec) and be able to walk 5–8 hours/day with a light daypack. All levels are welcome; poses are modified.

Moderate to strenuous. The longest day is Thorong La Pass (10–11 hrs, early start). Tilicho Lake and the pass are the toughest parts, but we have proper acclimatisation, porters, and daily yoga to keep muscles loose and breathing strong.

Every trekking day: 45–90 min session (usually sunrise or sunset, weather depending). On rest days and at Tilicho Lake we have longer sessions. Practice is outdoors whenever possible – on lodge terraces, by lakes, or under the stars.

A mix of Hatha flow, gentle Vinyasa, restorative yin, and plenty of pranayama & meditation perfectly suited for high altitude. Focus is on recovery, breath control, and connecting with the mountains.

A certified, English-speaking Nepali or international yoga instructor accompanies the group the entire trek (not just part-time).

Yes, many do every season! Good general health and a doctor’s clearance are required. Horses are available on the Thorong La day if needed (extra cost).

Absolutely – 60–70 % come alone. We pair same-gender travellers for twin-sharing rooms/lodges.

Yes – must cover high-altitude trekking up to 5,500 m and emergency helicopter evacuation.

Weather delays happen. We include a buffer day and recommend 1–2 extra days in your international schedule + USD 200–300 contingency cash.

100 % yes – just inform us in advance. Tea-house kitchens are very flexible and we carry extra supplies when needed.
