No. Any healthy devotee aged 18–70 with normal fitness can join. The 3-day walking kora is challenging but done slowly with continuous bhajan-kirtan. Horse/pony & personal porter are available (extra cost ₹25,000–35,000).

Yes, many do every year! Doctor’s fitness certificate is required. On Day 2 of kora (Dolma-La) most seniors take pony; the rest is manageable with devotion.

100 % pure vegetarian sattvic food cooked by our own panditji & kitchen team with mantras. No onion-garlic. Jain food (no root vegetables) can be arranged if informed in advance.
