Lhasa Overland Trip 8 Days from Kathmandu

Early morning departure from Kathmandu on a scenic drive through the Nepalese countryside toward the Nepal-China friendship bridge at Rasuwagadhi. Complete Nepalese emigration formalities, cross the border on foot, and meet your Tibetan guide and driver on the Chinese side. After Chinese immigration and visa checks, continue driving approximately 1–1.5 hours through lush green valleys and waterfalls to Kyirong Town, the first town in Tibet. This is an acclimatization and rest day after the long border process.
