Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)
Arrival at Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel. Explore Thamel or rest.
Overnight: Hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2,840m) – Trek to Paiya / Chutok (2,730m)
Flight: 30–45 minutes
Trek: 4–5 hours
Scenic mountain flight and descent through forests and villages.
Day 03: Trek from Paiya to Panggom (2,850m)
Trek: 5–6 hours
Walk through rhododendron forests and traditional Sherpa settlements.
Day 04: Trek from Panggom to Ningsow (2,950m)
Trek: 5–6 hours
Gradual ascent with the first emerging views of Mera Peak.
Day 05: Trek from Ningsow to Chetrakhola (3,450m)
Trek: 6–7 hours
Enter Makalu Barun National Park with pristine alpine scenery.
Day 06: Trek from Chetrakhola to Kothe (3,600m)
Trek: 5–6 hours
Beautiful walk along the Hinku Valley with mountain streams.
Day 07: Trek from Kothe to Thangnak (4,350m)
Trek: 4–5 hours
Glacial landscapes and dramatic mountain views.
Day 08: Trek from Thangnak to Khare (5,045m)
Trek: 4–5 hours

Day 09: Acclimatization Day at Khare (5,045m)
Pre-climb training with ice axe, crampons, and rope techniques. Short acclimatization hike for better altitude adjustment.
Day 10: Trek to Mera Base Camp (5,300m) / High Camp (5,780m)
Trek: 4–6 hours
Trek to base camp or continue to high camp depending on conditions.
Overnight: Tent.
Day 11: Summit Mera Peak (6,461m) & Descend
Early start (2–3 AM). Summit Duration: 8–12 hours round trip.
Enjoy 360° views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu & Kanchenjunga. Descend to Khare or Thangnak.
Day 12: Contingency Day
Reserved for bad weather or additional summit attempt if required.
Day 13: Trek to Kothe
Trek: 5–6 hours
Descend through the scenic Hinku Valley.
Day 14: Trek to Thuli Kharka / Chetwarwa
Gradual ascent with mountain views and high pasturelands.
Day 15: Cross Zatrwa La Pass (4,610m) – Trek to Lukla
Trek: 7–9 hours
Cross the high Zatrwa La Pass and descend to Lukla.
Day 16: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu
Flight: 30 minutes
Transfer to hotel and leisure time in Thamel.
Day 17: Free Day in Kathmandu
Buffer day for flight delays or optional sightseeing.
Day 18: Departure
Transfer to Kathmandu airport as per your international flight schedule.
