The Kailash Mansarovar Inner Parikrama & Sacred Yoga Retreat is the most complete and spiritually immersive pilgrimage available today. Over 30 profound days, you travel from Kathmandu across the Nepal–Tibet border, spend 15 nights in deep yogic practice on the pristine southern banks of holy Lake Mansarovar (4,590 m) under the direct gaze of Mount Kailash, perform the sacred 52-km Inner Kora (parikrama) on foot touching Yama Dwar, Dirapuk (North Face darshan), the high Dolma-La Pass (5,630 m), Gauri Kund and Zuthulpuk, and return transformed. Every morning and evening, you practise traditional Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation and mantra chanting in the purest energy field on Earth, while all meals are freshly cooked, pure vegetarian by our experienced Nepali kitchen crew. This is not a rushed tour – it is a true spiritual yatra combined with a residential yoga sadhana retreat at the abode of Lord Shiva himself.
