Day 01: Kathmandu (1,400 m) → Kyirong Town (2,700 m) – 160 km, 7–8 hrs
Drive to Rasuwagadhi, immigration, meet Tibetan team, short drive to Kyirong.

Morning puja at lake, drive 50 km to Darchen, start trek immediately after lunch. Reach Dirapuk Monastery with stunning close view of Kailash north face.
